We are pleased to announce that we have received an EKOCYCLE 3D printer grant. Our 3D printer has helped us immensely, and will continue to assist our team by allowing us to create custom gearboxes, wheel hubs, replacement parts and items not included in our FIRST® Kit of Parts. It will also allow students to learn more about 3D printing; several students are currently in the CADD (Computer Aided Design & Drafting) program offered by the Tech center and this will allow them to put their skills to test in a real world situation as they build parts. We are thankful to be one of the teams to receive a 3D printer and are optimistic to continue using the printer for many years to come!
